A live 5-day challenge for wedding photographers who are done being one of the options.
Without more followers, more posting, schmoozing planners, or needing ads.
MONDAY, OCTOBER 12 – FRIDAY, OCTOBER 16, 2026 · NOW ENROLLING
It isn’t that you haven’t been working. It’s that the part that decides whether a couple is close to booking you happens before they type in their name on the inquiry form.
By the time someone lands on your contact form, they’ve already formed an opinion. From your feed, your bio, the three pages they clicked, the way your pricing felt next to everything else they’d seen that morning.
You never get to see that part. So you keep adjusting the part you can see – and wondering why it isn’t landing.
That’s the whole thing.
They’re not sitting there weighing your work against someone else’s like a spreadsheet. They’re scanning for the one that feels obviously, unmistakably theirs.
And when your feed says one thing, your website says another, and your pricing says a third – they don’t feel confidence. So they close your tab and keep searching.
Being sought after isn’t about being seen by more people. It’s about being unmistakable to the right ones.
By Friday you'll know:
Why couples choose one photographer over another – and what your branding and messaging is currently communicating
Where your marketing effort is starting from zero every month, and why more of it hasn’t worked
The three things a couple needs from you before they’ll send an inquiry – and which one (or ones) your site is missing
What couples have already decided about your pricing before the number loads
What it actually takes to say no to a booking without your stomach dropping

MONDAY · DAY 1
RECOGNITION
Why Couples Choose One Photographer Over Another Before They Ever Reach Out
Every photographer says they capture genuine, authentic moments. When your photos are similar, your prices are close, and your promises are identical, what are they supposed to decide on? Today we find what yours is actually saying so you can dissolve competition.
TUESDAY · DAY 2
MOMENTUM
Why Your Marketing Effort Keeps Starting From Zero Every Month
You’re not under-marketing. You’re marketing to people who aren’t ready yet, or to people who already decided – and almost nothing to the ones in between. Which is exactly why every month starts over.
WEDNESDAY · DAY 3
CONNECTION
The Three Things a Couple Needs Before They’ll Send the Inquiry
Your website isn’t a portfolio. It’s a part of your business that works while you sleep – and it’s answering hesitations you’ll never get to hear a couple ask out loud. Today you find out which of the three it’s missing.
THURSDAY · DAY 4
CERTAINTY
Why Couples Are Sold on Your Price Before They Ever See It
Sales doesn’t start when you respond to an inquiry. If someone knew your starting price before they reached out and still went quiet, that was never a pricing problem. Today we find where it actually broke in the inquiry-to-booking process.
FRIDAY · DAY 5
OVERFLOW
Becoming the Photographer Who Can Say No Without Panicking
A no that doesn’t shake you. Breathing calmly in a slow month. This is the day about who you’d have to become for any of the rest of it to hold – and why that part comes first, not last.

1pm MT · 30–45 minutes
The training.
2pm MT · 60 minutes
Q+A + Audits. Everyone is welcome to stay for this hour. VIP members are the ones asking the questions and putting their own website, pricing guide, and inquiry emails on the screen – everyone else watches me work through them live. Which, honestly, is where most people learn the most.
Then: your one homework assignment, DONE.
Posted in the Circle community. You’ll see what everyone else found and the collective learning is usually the most useful part.

Six years ago I was a pediatric trauma nurse, and photography was the light, fun thing I did on the side so I had something outside of work that heavy.
When I brought up really pursuing it to my now-husband, what I actually said was: what if I did this, so that in three to five years I could cut back a few shifts and be home more with our kids.
That was the whole plan. Three to five years. A few less shifts.
I went full time in three months. Eighteen weddings and six figures my first year – without cold pitching planners, without ads, without grinding myself into the ground. Then we moved across the country from Nashville to Denver, and my business grew by over 69% in a brand new market.
But the reason I tell you that isn't the speed or the income. It's that my plan was too small, and I had no idea. I couldn't see how good it could get.
That's what I see now in almost every photographer I work with. They're aiming at booking a few more weddings this year, and they have no idea that's the small version of what's actually available to them.
I became a sought-after photographer, now booking $10–15K weddings without relying on referrals, without schmoozing planners, without cold pitching, and without grinding myself into burnout. Since 2021, I've mentored over 250 photographers, and my photography revenue has gone up every year while my hours have gone down.
I don't simply teach a do-what-I-did playbook. I teach why couples choose who they choose, and what that means for the business you're actually building.
Which is exactly what these five days are. Let’s make you the sought after photographer in your market.

You’ve been shooting weddings for a while and the business side is the part that’s never felt easy
Your work is amazing but your inquiries don’t reflect it
You’ve changed pieces of your business – website, prices, marketing – and you’re still not getting the bookings you want
You’re ready to be challenged and look at what’s happening instead of guessing and hoping
You’re brand new and haven’t photographed a wedding – this assumes you have a business to look at
You’re hoping for templates to copy rather than clarity about your own business
You can’t be in the room and won’t watch the replays

“What kind of magic did you put in this program?!”
Nicole came to me three years into her business. Referrals only, inquiries nonexistent, 13 weddings booked for one year and zero for the next. She was certain she needed more followers and more networking. Weeks after changing what her brand was actually communicating: $9,000 booked in three days, four organic inquiries a day, and a message asking me how to say no to clients.

Kaleigh & Michael were running ads and getting inquiries – just never the right ones.
They rebuilt what they were saying and who they were saying it to. They raised their starting price from $4,200 to $5,500 and didn’t lose a single inquiry. $62,000 booked while they were in the program.

Ariah went from $2,000 packages to $6,000 packages in 90 days.
On word of mouth alone. Same number of bookings would have been a $60,000 difference in a year. A year and a half later she’s shooting $11–12K weddings around the world.

Claudia: “I wouldn’t be where I am now if it weren’t for Book It.”
She wasn’t missing effort. She was missing the right plan in the right order. Full-time, $76,000 in six months, booked into May 2027.
Every session is recorded and replays are available through Tuesday, October 20 at midnight MT. But this is a live week for a reason – it’s a challenge. So I’d challenge you to clear your calendar when you’re able and be in the room!
About an hour a day for the training, and closer to two if you stay for the Q+A and audits hour – which I’d encourage. Everyone is welcome in that room, whether you’re GA or VIP.
Both tiers get every training and a seat in the Q+A and Audits room every day. VIP is the difference between watching me review someone else’s website and having your own on the screen – VIP members are the ones asking the questions and getting their business audited live. The collective learning is such a benefit either way, so even if you’re not the one being directly coached, you’re still being coached. Choose your tier based on how much feedback you want on your business specifically – not on how far along you are.
Yes, as long as seats are left. Email us at [email protected] and Rachel can send over the details!
I hear that a lot, and this week is about seeing how the pieces of your business all relate and build on each other – which is the part nobody teaches. It’s also the part that determines whether any of the tactics or strategies work.
It’s built for wedding photographers, and everything is taught through that lens. The principles can absolutely apply more broadly, but the examples will all be weddings.
If you show up live all five days with your camera on, do the homework, and if you don’t feel you got at least ten times what you paid, email us for a full refund.
